Hi! I’m Rachel.
And I believe work can - and should - be better!

I started my career in human services full of passion, but quickly realized I lacked the tools to truly thrive. That realization led to a career pivot (and a new degree!) and sparked a mission: to help individuals and organizations match their passion with the skills, knowledge, and support they need to succeed.

For over 15 years, I’ve worked across sectors — from nonprofits and government to higher education and the private sector — helping leaders and teams build skills, strengthen culture, and navigate change.

Breidster Consulting is the result of that journey: a workplace culture consulting firm rooted in the belief that skilled communication and genuine connection drive real, lasting change.

Most of us spend at least 40 hours a week at work. Why should we dread so many hours of our lives? I believe those hours shouldn’t be draining — they can be engaging, meaningful, impactful, and even joyful. And I love to help make that happen.
